Viva-Afrik Safaris is a tour operator based in Nairobi, Kenya. Operating for the last 10 years we have built a wide network of operations through partners covering East Africa making sure our clients safaris, honeymoon or vacation is one to treasure. With vast experience gained by its management and staff in the tourism industry, we aim at making our clients holidays memorable and exciting. Our itineraries allow our clients to enjoy and feel connected to a little piece of Africa. Our holiday and safari packages cater for all budgets and our major interest is to see that everyone interested in exploring Africa does so and has a memorable experience from their explorations. 1. What countries do you operate in?

We offer tailor-made safari experiences across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda—each with its own unique landscapes, wildlife, and cultural treasures. Whether you're chasing the Great Migration, trekking with gorillas, or relaxing by the coast, we’ve got you covered.

2. When is the best time to go on safari?

East Africa is a year-round destination, but the best time depends on your interests. For the Great Migration, travel between July and October. For birding or lush green landscapes, the rainy seasons (April–May, November) offer a different kind of magic. Our team can guide you to the perfect window.

3. Are your safaris suitable for families or first-time travelers?

Absolutely! We design safaris for all ages and experience levels. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, with kids, or in a group, we create safe, comfortable, and unforgettable experiences tailored just for you.

4. What types of accommodations do you offer?

5. Do I need special vaccinations or travel documents?

Most travelers will need a tourist visa for Kenya, Tanzania, or Uganda, which can often be obtained online. We also recommend checking with your doctor about yellow fever vaccination and any other health precautions well before your trip.

The company employs professional and experienced staff with training and knowledge in the travel and tour industry and work in an effective operational framework. Our relationship with our clients is built on integrity and our mission of providing high quality, reliable and affordable professional service.

On hand we have on call a well-maintained fleet of safari vehicles: ranging from 25 seaters minibuses, 7 seater, 4 wheel drive Land Cruisers and saloons cars for town visits. To ensure all your transportation requirements are met while ensuring quality and safety. All these are fitted with the latest communications equipment to ensure communication throughout in case of any unforeseen eventualities. We have drivers who are well trained with constant assessment and refresher courses to guarantee the highest standards. The drivers also double up as your safari guides and have exhaustive knowledge about the flora and fauna that you will come across on your safaris. Their level of professionalism ensures our client’s satisfaction and safety all throughout your safari.
